Unfortunately the little one will most likely die... If you want to move the baby near it's nest, then do so with some leaves covering your hands... If you have any tees with large leaves that is... preferably from the tree it's nest is in... I don't know if it would work, but it's the best I can think of... Etherkari |

It is not true that birds or mammals will reject their young once they have been handled by humans. Nonetheless, the handling of wild babies should be avoided or kept to a minimum. Handling by humans can be stressful to the animal. Also, the human scent can sometimes attract predators seeking food. |
